Energy

It has been a crazy, exhausting couple weeks.  I am looking forward to the weekend ahead.  But I cannot yet embrace it. I must first thank everything that has worked to give me energy to  look forward, regardless of the circumstance.  So I give gratitude to memories that feel as though they are in existence, and moments that blanket me with comfort like a fond memory.  I am grateful for spontaneous joy in the middle of chaos.  I find solace in my understanding that elements in life are working in synergy.  It’s not everyday that I will see a big-picture product of this notion, like when the sun meets the water.  But on the days that I do, I am grateful.  And on the days that I do not, I am grateful.
